Delete your Qismah account

You can permanently delete your Qismah account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Qismah and select Account.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Review the explanation and confirm Delete my account.

Can’t access the app?

Email us from the address registered to your Qismah account. Use “Delete my Qismah account” as the subject. We may verify ownership before completing the request.

Request account deletion
Private ledgers, comments, AI history, profile information, and synced personal data are deleted. Shared financial entries needed by other ledger members may be retained with your identity replaced by “Deleted User.” Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations may be retained only as necessary. Deleting Qismah does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.
